Size Chart

Unsure about which width your dog needs? As a general rule:

• 16mm width (Lite) is for tiny/small breeds and puppies (Recommended for dogs up to 8Kg)
• 20mm is suitable for most dog breeds
• 25mm is suitable for medium/large breeds
• 38mm is suitable for large/giant breeds

To measure your dog's neck: Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your dog's neck where the collar usually sits. Ensure a snug measurement and a bit of room. 

This will help us create the perfect fit for your dog. The ideal fit is for the buckle to sit in one of the middle holes, allowing for weight and coat fluctuations during seasonal changes. If you prefer your collar looser or tighter, please keep this in mind when measuring your pet's neck.

It's always best to measure twice to ensure accuracy!

LEADS & COLLARS

Gently hand wash using warm water and mild detergent. Pat dry with a towel and allow to air dry naturally.

Paracord Collars & Rope Leashes

If your paracord collar or rope leash is heavily soiled and cannot be adequately cleaned with gentle hand washing (sponge and mild soap), it may be machine washed with caution.

• Short, cold or 30°C cycle
  
• Only a small amount of mild detergent
  
• THICK, protective laundry bag
  
• Air dry only

Hardware: The safety and well-being of you and your dog are our number one priority, which is why all metal hardware components are warranted against breakage for the life of the collar. In the rare event that a metal component fails, it will be repaired free of charge or replacement hardware will be provided. However, all required shipping for collar repairs is at the buyer's expense.

Please note that the finish on plated metal hardware components can wear with use and change colour over time—this is normal wear and tear and not covered by the hardware warranty. For safety, dogs should always be supervised while wearing collars, and all fittings should be regularly inspected. It is the owner's responsibility to check the item for wear and tear before use. If any damage to the product is noticed, please discontinue use immediately.

Personalisation: Foil Print Care
Foil detailing is semi-permanent and designed to be durable, but it is not permanent. It may wear off over time, especially if scratched or chewed. Handle with care to maintain its appearance.
