Disclaimer
These products have been tried and tested for durability,
however they are intended as a nice accessory for your pets.
No items are indestructible, it is the owners responsibility to inspect the collar for wear and tear every time, before it is placed on your pet and to stop using it if this happens.

We Would not recommend our collars as the only form of restraint on a dog that pulls.

We do not accept returns or exchanges as this is a customised item, unless they arrive damaged or defective 

All products are made to order as per your enquiry and measurements. Therefore we cannot accept returns for change of minds or not fitting items.

Should a product be faulty please let us know and we will organize a return, refund or replacement.

Report a faulty product within  7 days of delivery to Moonlightcreationforpets@gmail.com stating your invoice no, name and include a picture of the faulty product.

When ordering please make sure you are happy with the size before placing an order.

Colours may vary due to different lighting and display settings on your device

Melted ends and burn marks are normal and part of the Paracording Process, they are not a reason to return the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATLY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
