When will my order be shipped?

Because our items are handmade products, we will need a time to make it, you can see our current processing time on the top of the home page. This processing time depends on our stock and how many orders are waiting before yours. We will always make every effort to get your order posted before our processing time where possible.

What is Bio thane?

The Bio Thane is a product that is close to the leather, more resistant and very easy to clean,It is non toxic. It has a mat appearance and excellent flexibility, even in cold conditions, UV resistant and hand washable, Very resistant to the rupture that makes a perfect collar and leash for our pets.

Different size of bio thane are available to suit any dog size

What is the Paracord?

Paracord  is a nylon kernmantle cord  with a nominal tensile strength of 550 pounds. It is constructed of a woven tubular nylon sheath surrounding 7 to 9 3-ply core yarns. Soft and easy to clean.

Can I Use Your Collar on a strong puller Dog?

We Would not recommend our collars as the only form of restraint on a dog that pulls.

I would like a colour that is not available in your listing, what to do?

Lets us know! All colours are available but we do not have them all at the moment, if you want another colour tell us and we will order the chosen colour from our supplier.

Care Instruction?

To Avoid damage we recommend Hand washing ONLY, With soap and warm water.

If your gear has brass hardware, make sure you clean it good after a beach session to prevent severe tarnishing of the hardware. Quickly dry with a towel.

Please take extreme care for the Palma Design and our basic rope leashes , these items are intended as a nice accessory=ies for your pets. Do not use the Palma collar and our basic rope leashes for water activities.

Colour transfer may happen for light coloured webbing. Ink and dye commonly from apparels can cause light coloured webbing especially white to be stained.

EMBOSSING

Name can be stamped with gold or silver foil on your gear if desired.

This is a non permanent option and can be long wearing if treated well.

* do not scrub the foil while cleaning your gear.

Embossed name without foil are a permanent option.
