Parcel Insurance – Optional Add-On

All parcels are automatically insured up to $100 in case of loss or damage. However, if your order exceeds this value, you have the option to add extra parcel insurance to match the total amount of your purchase.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will refund or remake your order up to the amount you selected for coverage.

Please note: If no additional insurance is selected, we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. In such cases, customers will need to claim the standard $100 cover from the shipping provider, and we will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds or replacements.

This insurance is completely optional and simply offers peace of mind. In over 4 years, we’ve never had a parcel go missing, but we do recommend this option for orders over $500.
