Sizing and Care: Please measure your dog's neck accurately using a soft measuring tape or string for the perfect fit. Hand wash with soap and warm water for care.
Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied, return unused items within 7 days for a refund (excludes personalised and custom items). Metal hardware is warranted against breakage for the life of the collar.
Safety Note: Always supervise your pet while wearing collars. Regularly inspect fittings for wear and tear. Stop use immediately if damage is noticed.
